Examples of Managed Entity in a sentence
The Service Provider may disclose information held about the Client and any Managed Entity to other companies which are, at the time of disclosure, group companies of (or otherwise related to) Moore Stephens.
The Service Provider further reserves the right to transfer any shares or interests in any Managed Entity held by nominees into the name of the Client or other beneficial owner nominated by the Client in respect of such interest.
By providing such information and documentation, every relevant Managed Entity and the Client will be taken to have consented to the onward disclosure of such information to such third parties as shall in the opinion of the Service Provider be required in connection with the Services or necessary for the proper performance of the obligations of the Service Provider under any applicable law or regulation.
Unless the Client or any Managed Entity notifies the Service Provider to the contrary in writing, the Service Provider, all other Moore Stephens entities, the Appointees and Employees will assume that the Client and/or Managed Entity (as the case may be) consents to communication in person and by telephone, post, facsimile and unencrypted email.
Upon termination of the Services for any reason, any Managed Entity and the Client shall immediately provide details of the new service provider which shall be required in order to maintain such Managed Entity in good standing under the laws of its jurisdiction and shall provide an address to which the Service Provider may transfer all books and records of such Managed Entity.
