Examples of Make-Whole Premium in a sentence
Any Make-Whole Premium required to be made pursuant to the foregoing clause (i) after acceleration shall be reduced by the amount of interest accruing following such acceleration through such repayment.
If any principal of the Advance is prepaid (whether voluntarily by the Borrower or otherwise, and regardless of the source of prepayment), then on the prepayment date there shall be due and owing, and the Borrower shall pay on the amount of principal prepaid (i) all accrued but unpaid interest, calculated up to the prepayment date, (ii) the Prepayment Fee and (iii) a Make-Whole Premium, if any.
The Borrower shall repay on the Maturity Date to the Administrative Agent (for the ratable account of the Lenders) the aggregate principal amount of all Loans, together with all accrued and capitalized interest (including interest paid in kind) and fees thereon (including the Make-Whole Premium, if any, and all other outstanding Obligations), outstanding on such date.
No Make-Whole Premium shall be required in connection with any mandatory prepayment under Section 2.02(b)(i) with respect to Dispositions permitted under Section 7.05.
The Borrower and the Lenders (as opposed to the Administrative Agent) shall be responsible for calculating the Make-Whole Premium.
