Majority of Owners definition

Majority of Owners means a majority (or any greater percentage that may be specifically required for a particular action or authorization by the terms of this Declaration) of the total voting power of the Members of the Association.
Majority of Owners means those owners holding 51 per cent of the votes in accordance with the percentages assigned in the declaration;
Majority of Owners means and refer to the holders of more than fifty (50%) percent of the total Votes of the Members.

More Definitions of Majority of Owners

Majority of Owners or "Majority of Members" means, for voting purposes, a number of votes greater than one/half (1/2) of all votes held by all the Owners or Members.
Majority of Owners means the Owners of more than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate interest in the Common Elements. Any specified percentage of Owners means such percentage in the aggregate of such undivided ownership.
