Majority Mezzanine Lenders means, at any time:
Majority Mezzanine Lenders means the Majority Tranche A Lenders and the Majority C Lenders. TRANCHE A Principal Amount: EUR 45 million (inclusive of amounts required to refinance Tranche C as provided herein).

  • Refinancing Lenders has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(c).
