Major violations definition

Major violations means major school policy violations which student behavior contracts are issued.

  • Violation means the failure of a structure or other development to be fully compliant with the community's floodplain management regulations.   • Family violence means conduct as defined by S.7 of the Family Violence Act 2004.

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Notice of Violation means a written notice prepared by an enforcement official that informs a responsible person of code violations and orders them to take certain steps to correct the violations.
