Major Vendor definition

Major Vendor means any vendor engaged directly by Contractor to provide equipment for incorporation into the Work at the Site, whose Work is valued in excess of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
Major Vendor means a person who sells, or offers to sell, goods or services to the Madison Metropolitan School District through the District’s negotiated or bidding process in an aggregate amount of $20,000 or more, including the current bid, over the last 12 months, and who employees at least fifteen persons.
Major Vendor means any Vendor with whom Contractor enters, or intends to enter, into a Major Purchase Order.

  • Major Vendor will be responsible for training sufficient numbers of operating personnel of Owner as needed for start-up, commissioning and Performance Guarantee testing.

More Definitions of Major Vendor

Major Vendor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.21.
Major Vendor means any person or entity providing material services to the Program that State Street has engaged for the benefit of the Program to provide customer services, marketing services, Plan or Participant recordkeeping services, communications services, auditing or accounting services, legal services or actuarial services. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Major Vendor” shall not include the Program Recordkeeper.
Major Vendor or “Major Vendors” means, individually or collectively, as the case may be, Novacap and the Preferred Shareholder;
Major Vendor means any Vendor supplying either any Principal Equipment Components or other equipment or materials having a contract price that exceeds Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000).

Major Vendor means any Vendor (a) who has entered a subcontract or purchase order having an aggregate value in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), or (b) who has entered multiple subcontracts or purchase orders with an aggregate value in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000).
