Major Users definition

Major Users means, in respect of the Port Loading Protocols, Users that, as at the date of the proposed variation to the Port Loading Protocols, have exported an average of 50,000 tonnes of commodity through the Port Terminals in each of the preceding 2 seasons;
Major Users. ’ means the ten water customers with the greatest annual volumes of water use for the most recent calendar year and all other users with individual meters or estimated use exceeding an annual average of 50,000 gallons of water per day based on the most recent calendar year;
Major Users means any airline or aircraft operator that, at the relevant time, represents at least 10% of the total persons (excluding Infants, Operating Crew and Positioning Crew” but including “Transfers” and “Transits” as each of those terms are defined in Schedule 3) arriving or departing from the International or Domestic Terminal. Material Form in relation to Information, includes any form (whether visible or not) of storage from which the Information can be reproduced and any form in which the Information is embodied or encoded.

  • The measuring equipment will be the property of the Distributor, except in those cases of Major Users that shall be ruled by the stipulations on this matter established by AMM.

Related to Major Users

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer. Users may include, for example, Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, clients, external users, contractors, agents and authorized third parties.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.
