Major Upgrades means any major upgrade to the Software made available by the Licensor from time to time, on the Website or otherwise. Minor Upgrades means any patch, minor upgrade or other bug fix in connection with the Software made available by the Licensor from time to time, on the Website or otherwise. Order Document means the quote or pro-forma invoice (or similar document) issued by the Licensor or Distributor (as applicable) to the Licensee specifying the type (and, if applicable term) of the License, the license fee and any other details relating to the Software and the License granted to you pursuant to this End User Agreement. Proprietary Rights includes all and any rights, whether registered or unregistered, in and with respect to patents, copyrights, confidential information, know-how, trade secrets, moral rights, contract or licensing rights, proprietary information (protected under contract or at law), trade names, domain names, trademarks, logos, service marks, and other similar rights in intellectual property or industrial property. Services means any Technical Support and/or Training provided to you by the Licensor. Software means the stand alone, graphically based, computer aided design package developed specifically for designing pressurised irrigation or water supply systems (and any related software) owned (or licensed) by the Licensor and includes any upgrade of the Software. Technical Support means any maintenance or other technical support provided by the Licensor (or any of its representatives) to the Licensee in connection with the Software, including Minor Upgrades, but excludes any Training or Major Upgrades. Training means any training provided by the Licensor (or any of its representatives) to the Licensee in connection with the Software. Training may be offered in a number of different forms, including online training, telephone assistance and/or on-site training by the Licensor or its local representative. Website means xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. you means the party listed in the Order Document and your has a corresponding meaning.

Related to Major Upgrades

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Major system means the primary structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, or occupant service components of a building which include but are not limited to, weatherization, roofing, plumbing (including wells), heating, electricity, sanitary plumbing (including septic systems), lead paint abatement or load bearing structural systems.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.

  • Major Equipment means the items of Equipment listed as such in Attachment G.

  • Major repair means either: (1) for a dispersal system, repairs required for an OWTS dispersal system due to surfacing wastewater effluent from the dispersal field and/or wastewater backed up into plumbing fixtures because the dispersal system is not able to percolate the design flow of wastewater associated with the structure served, or (2) for a septic tank, repairs required to the tank for a compartment baffle failure or tank structural integrity failure such that either wastewater is exfiltrating or groundwater is infiltrating.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Improvement warranty period means a period:

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Modular building manufacturer means a person or corporation who owns or operates a

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Retrofit means to alter, improve, modify, remodel or renovate a building, facility or structure to make that building, facility or structure more energy-efficient.
