Major Update definition

Major Update. (also sometimes referred to as “version”) means an Update containing substantially enhanced business functionality not previously included in the Licensed Programs and designated by an incremental increase in the version number to the left of the decimal point (for example, version 2.0 designates a Major Update to version 1.0).
Major Update means a commercial release of a Product which has substantial added functionality over the Product it is intended to replace.

More Definitions of Major Update

Major Update means a new version of the Software covering added devices and significant changes in the Software.
Major Update means a bug fix, update, patch, module replacement or improved version of the whole or any part of the Tjene Software that is provided as part of Technical Support and is designated by Tjene, in its sole discretion, to be a Major Update, as indicated by a change in the number to the left of the decimal point in the product release number for the relevant Tjene Software.

  • Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
