Major Subcontracts definition

Major Subcontracts means any subcontracts under the Construction Contracts which provide for aggregate payments in excess of $1,000,000.

Major Subcontracts means any contract between Contractor and any Major Subcontractor.

Major Subcontracts means all contracts or subcontracts executed by a Subcontractor and either General Contractors or another Subcontractor in connection with the Construction Projects if the aggregate amount of such contracts or subcontracts executed by such Subcontractor is equal to or greater than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00).

• Contractor shall provide Owner with a list of all Major Subcontracts within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date and shall update such list on a monthly basis thereafter.

More Definitions of Major Subcontracts

Major Subcontracts. All subcontracts between Borrower or General Contractor and any subcontractors and materials suppliers which provide for an aggregate contract price equal to or greater than $100,000.00.

Major Subcontracts means any subcontracts for the construction of the Improvements which are for a contract amount of $500,000 or more.

Major Subcontracts has the meaning given to such term in the definition of Material Contracts.

Major Subcontracts as used in this Agreement shall mean any contract or contracts entered into with any architect, single subcontractor or materialman employed by the Construction Manager or the Borrower in connection with -B1- the construction of the Improvements and providing for aggregate payments to such architect, subcontractor or materialman equal to or in excess of $100,000.00.

Major Subcontracts means any Construction Contract for labor or materials, or both, in connection with the Improvements which is for an aggregate contract price equal to or greater than $3,000,000, whether pursuant to one contract or agreement or multiple contracts or agreements, after taking into account all change orders, including, without limitation, all Major Subcontracts and the contract with the Lead Contractor.
