Major Participant definition

Major Participant means each Equity Member and each member of the Proposer’s organization: (a) with primary responsibility for design; (b) with primary responsibility for construction; or (c) with a proposed subcontract with a value greater than or equal to 5% of the contract price or $20 million, whichever is greater.
Major Participant means a firm that would have a major role in the design or construction of a project as specified by the department in its procurement documents.[PL 2009, c. 648, Pt. B, §2 (NEW).]
Major Participant means each Equity Member and (a) the Lead Design Firm; (b) the Lead Contractor; (c) the Lead O&M Contractor; and (d) a proposed Key Contractor.

More Definitions of Major Participant

Major Participant means each Equity Member as well as the following team members:
Major Participant means a Person who, except as provided in the next sentence, is (i) an Excess Owner, (ii) a Person that has filed proxy materials with the SEC (as defined in Section 1(w) of this Attachment A hereof) supporting a candidate for election to the Board of Directors of the Corporation in opposition to candidates approved by a majority of the board (not including any director who is not Independent as to such matter), (iii) a Person that has made a proposal, made a filing with the SEC or taken other actions in which such Person indicates that such Person may seek to become a Major Participant or which in the judgment of a majority of the board (not including any director who is not Independent as to such matter) indicates that it is reasonably possible or likely that such Person will seek to become a Major Participant, or (iv) such Person is an affiliate or associate of a Major Participant.

Major Participant means i) each Principal Participant, ii) the Lead Engineering Firm (if not Proposer), iii) each member of the Proposer’s organization with primary responsibility for construction, iv) each member of the Proposer’s organization with a proposed subcontract identified by the Proposer as of the SOQ due date with a value greater than or equal to $15 million(excluding subcontracts with suppliers), and iv) each subconsultant responsible for performing more than fifteen percent (15%) of the design value.
Major Participant means each Equity Member and each member of the Proposer’s organization with: (a) primary responsibility for design; (b) primary responsibility for construction; (c) primary responsibility for capital maintenance; or (d) a proposed subcontract with a value greater than or equal to $10 million (excluding subcontracts with Suppliers).
Major Participant means any Component Firm for a Proposer that is contemplated to be responsible for performing more than 15% of the design or more than 20% of the construction of the Project, provided the price proposed during the Preconstruction Phase for such construction services is reasonable.
Major Participant means any entity that would have a major role in the design or construction of the project as specified by the agency in the request for proposals.
