  • Subject to the terms of the Co-Promotion Agreement, neither Party shall engage a contract sales organization or other Third Person to fulfill any of its obligations under the Commercialization Plan with respect to a Major Market, except with the prior written consent of the other Party, not to be unreasonably withheld.
