Major Event definition

Major Event means an event which is likely to pose a serious risk to public health in relation to medicinal products in more than one Member States. Such an event concerns a deadly threat or otherwise serious threat to health of biological, chemical, environmental or other origin or incident that can affect the supply or quality, safety, and efficacy of medicinal products. Such an event may lead to shortages of medicinal products in more than one Member State and necessitates urgent coordination at Union level in order to ensure a high level of human health protection.
Major Event means an event of national or international significance that is planned in advance, within Canada, that requires additional police resources, if the overall responsibility for security for that event rests with Canada;

For purposes of this regulation, changes shall be considered to be in effect beginning January 1 of the first calendar year after the changed standard is adopted by the I.E.E.E.   • If additional Samples are collected or additional types of analysis are performed, the international federation or Major Event Organisation shall be notified.

Major Event means when an event results in extensive physical damage to transmission or distribution facilities within an electric cooperative or municipal electric utility’s operating area due to unusually severe and abnormal weather or event and:
