SCOPE OF INSPECTION The Report only covers or deals with any evidence of: Structural Damage; Conditions Conducive to Structural Damage; any Major Defect in the condition of Secondary Elements and Finishing Elements; collective (but not individual) Minor Defects; and any Serious Safety Hazard discernible at the time of inspection.
Should any deficiencies be revealed during the performance of an acceptance test that do not qualify as Major Defect, Customer shall accept the Deliverable.
