Maintenance Updates definition

Maintenance Updates means any release of the Software that includes security fixes, critical patches, general maintenance and new functionality or that otherwise amends or updates the Software, delivered to Customer under the Agreement as part of Service Support.
Maintenance Updates means Supplements for the Product, if and as licensed to COMPANY.
Maintenance Updates refers to any vendor supplied software fix or enhancement for an existing version. These can be delivered as a patch, fix, proof of concept, service pack, maintenance pack, or PeopleSoft Update Manager Image.

  • TCP shall not be responsible for providing Support and Maintenance, Updates, or any other support and maintenance to the extent that Issues arise because Client (i) misuses, improperly uses, mis-configures, alters, or damages the Software; (ii) uses the Software with any hardware or software not recommended or sold by TCP; (iii) uses the Software at any unauthorized location; or (iv) otherwise uses the Software in a manner not in accordance with the License Agreement.

More Definitions of Maintenance Updates

Maintenance Updates means an update of the Licensed Software or the Firmware that may contain, among other things, Error corrections, patches, bug fixes, workarounds (i.e. temporary solutions used to complete a task that would not otherwise be possible due to a problem or limitation in the affected Licensed Software), enhancements or other changes to the user interface, functionality, compatibility, capabilities, performance, efficiency or quality of the Licensed Software or Firmware, but does not constitute a new Version.
Maintenance Updates has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Maintenance and Support Agreement.
Maintenance Updates consist of generally released bug fixes, patches, maintenance releases, updates and related documentation that Egenera, as a component of LEVEL 3 SUPPORT, provided on the Egenera CRM system or distributed by normal overnight courier to those designated Customers to whom Egenera is under contract to provide Standard Warranty Service, Software Subscription Service, Enterprise PPM Service or Enterprise Service. Maintenance Updates may not include patches, fixes, updates or upgrades to Third-Party Software. Each new Maintenance Update is identified by the first numeral to the right of the decimal point, with the newer Maintenance Update having the larger numeral (e.g. Maintenance Update 2.5.2 is newer than 2.5.1). Such Maintenance Updates are licensed by Egenera only in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SOFTWARE LICENSE set forth in EXHIBIT A-10 hereto.
Maintenance Updates consists of generally released bug fixes, patches, maintenance releases, updates and associated Documentation relating to Egenera Software that Egenera distributes and license to those customers to whom it is providing Maintenance Services (i.e., Standard Warranty Service, Annual Post Warranty Service, Software Subscription Service, and Enterprise Service). Related to Maintenance Updates

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Maintenance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
