Maintenance Special Tax definition

Maintenance Special Tax means a special tax levied in any Fiscal Year to pay the Maintenance Special Tax Requirement, as defined below.
Maintenance Special Tax means the annual special tax to be levied in each Fiscal Year on each Assessor’s Parcel of Taxable Property to fund the Maintenance Special Tax Requirement.
Maintenance Special Tax means a Special Tax levied in any Quarter to pay a portion of the Annual Maintenance Special Tax Requirement.
