Maintenance Society definition

Maintenance Society means the society, association or body, by whatever name called, that may be formed under clause (e) of sub-section (4) of section 11 of the Act;

Maintenance Society means & Includes the association of allottees formed and incorporated (as stated herein above) for the maintenance of the project, and welfare of the occupants of the project or such other person, society, association or body, by whatever name called, that may be formed under clause (e) of sub-section (4) of section 11 of the Act for the purpose of maintaining the Common Area and Facilities of Project and Common Area and Facilities of the Project as and when the common areas and facilities of such Project, are handed over to Association of Allottees as per the Act.

Examples of Maintenance Society in a sentence

• The Promoter on one time basis shall provide all equipments/electronic appliances of standard companies in the Unit and Project and whatever the Warranties & Guarantees provided by the companies shall be passed on to Allottee(s)/ Maintenance Society.

• The Allottee(s), after taking possession, agree(s) to pay the maintenance charges as determined by the Promoter/ Maintenance Society, as the case may be, after the issuance of completion certificate for the Project.

• The Allottee(s) shall not be permitted to use the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance Society/ nominated agency formed by the Allottee(s) for rendering maintenance services.

• It is clarified here that the Maintenance Society shall obtain necessary renewals/and other ancillary work after taking over control.
