Maintenance Revenue definition

Maintenance Revenue means all Revenue from support, warranty and maintenance services during the Maintenance Earn-Out Period but excluding any revenue attributable (i) third party licensed products, or (ii) professional services including systems integrator fees, customization, systems integration, implementation and roll out fees.
Maintenance Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).
Maintenance Revenue means software maintenance revenue arising from the sale of Company Products to Non-Facets Customers, and 50% of software maintenance revenue arising from the sale of Company Products to Facets Customers, whether such revenue is received by Parent, the Surviving Corporation or any Subsidiary of Parent.
