Maintenance Reserve Account definition

Maintenance Reserve Account means the Maintenance Reserve Account established by the Depositary pursuant to the Depository Agreement.
Maintenance Reserve Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a).
Maintenance Reserve Account shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Security Agreement.

  • On each Calculation Date, the Administrative Agent shall calculate the difference between the Maintenance Required Amount for the related Payment Date and the amount available in the Maintenance Reserve Account as of such Payment Date (such difference, if positive, the “Additional Maintenance Reserve Amount” for such Payment Date).

More Definitions of Maintenance Reserve Account

Maintenance Reserve Account means the Account so designated established and created under Section 2.2(a) of the Intercreditor Agreement.
