Maintenance Regulation definition

Maintenance Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) No 4/2009(3) of 18th December 2008 including as applied in relation to Denmark by virtue of the Agreement made on 19th October 2005 between the European Community and the Kingdom of Denmark(4);
Maintenance Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) 4/2009 of 18 December 2008 on jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement of decisions and cooperation in matters relating to maintenance obligations (OJ L7 of 10 January 2009, page 1).
Maintenance Regulation means the Minimum Maintenance Standards for Municipal Highways Regulation, O. Regulation 239/02, as amended and as it exists from time to time, or any successor regulation or statute;

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under Section 175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Maintenance Agency means the Builder or any association, society, company, body or committee formed/appointed by the Builder for the Common Purposes.

  • TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.

  • Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) means an employee who has trade qualifications and has overall responsibility for maintenance at the place of employment and may be required to supervise other maintenance staff.
