Maintenance Programme definition

Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

Maintenance Programme means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion and related procedures, such as a reliability programme, necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

• The Authority’s Engineer shall aid and advise the Contractor in the preparation of its monthly Maintenance Programme and for this purpose carry out a joint monthly inspection with Contractor.

• It shall make a report of such inspection (the “O&M Inspection Report”) stating in reasonable detail the defects or deficiencies, if any, with particular reference to the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, the Maintenance Programme and Safety Requirements, and send a copy thereof to the Authority and the Concessionaire within 7 (seven) days of such inspection.

Maintenance Programme has the meaning given to it in the PFI Project Agreement;

Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Article 17.4.1 of this Agreement.

Maintenance Programme means Lessee’s Air Authority approved maintenance programme for the Aircraft in accordance with the Maintenance Planning Document encompassing scheduled maintenance (including block maintenance), condition monitored maintenance, and/or on-condition maintenance of Airframe, Engines and Parts, including but not limited to, servicing, testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, structural inspections, system checks, overhauls, corrosion control, inspection and treatments.
