Maintenance Operations definition

Maintenance Operations means those repair, maintenance, installation and construction activities with respect to Buyer's gathering system and facilities, Transporter's Pipeline and related facilities or of third parties pipelines and facilities and which are required to be carried out from time to time.
Maintenance Operations means operations for the maintenance of the authorised works; and
Maintenance Operations has the meaning given in clause 23.1(a). MAOP means 7,322 kPa gauge or such other maximum pressure that may be approved or required pursuant to the Licence (as amended from time to time).

  • Any reduction of Gas taken pursuant to a notice of Maintenance Operations shall not be considered a default.

More Definitions of Maintenance Operations

Maintenance Operations has the meaning given in clause 16.2. Metering Equipment means, depending on the context, Receipt Point Metering Equipment or Delivery Point Metering Equipment. MDQ means, depending on the context:
Maintenance Operations means those repair and maintenance activities with respect to the CATS System which are required to be carried out from time to time;

Related to Maintenance Operations

  • Commence operation means to begin using, on a full time basis, any equipment in a manner that represents normal operational procedures.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Maintenance Outage means NERC Event Type MO, as set forth in attached Exhibit B, and includes any outage involving ten percent (10%) of the Facility’s Net Output that is not a Forced Outage or a Planned Outage.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Maintenance With respect to any Cooperative Unit, the rent paid by the Mortgagor to the Cooperative Corporation pursuant to the Proprietary Lease.

  • Protected Space Operations means all Launch or Transfer Vehicle activities, ISS activities, and Payload activities on Earth, in outer space, or in transit between Earth and outer space in implementation of the IGA, MOUs concluded pursuant to the IGA, implementing arrangements, and contracts to perform work in support of NASA's obligations under these Agreements. It includes, but is not limited to:

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Maintenance Plan means a maintenance plan pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(b) and 5.8 prepared by the design engineer for the stormwater management measures incorporated into the design of a major development.
