Maintenance Manuals definition

Maintenance Manuals means the Maintenance data, design as-built drawings, specifications, vendors' manuals, warranty requirements, procedures (including those for maintenance of the Project and environmental and safety compliance), and similar materials with respect to the Project.
Maintenance Manuals means the Slope Maintenance Manual(s) in relation to the maintenance of the Slopes and Retaining Walls;
Maintenance Manuals means drawings, diagrams, schematics, instructions, parts lists, schedules, procedures and other literature provided by equipment suppliers or Subcontractors or developed by the Manager for the purpose of providing guidance in operating, maintaining or repairing the relevant Approved Project.

More Definitions of Maintenance Manuals

Maintenance Manuals means the Infrastructure Maintenance Manuals, the LRV Maintenance Manuals, the Depot Equipment Manuals, the Infrastructure Special Tools Manuals and the LRV Special Tools Manuals or any of them.
Maintenance Manuals means the Contractor’s Transport Canada approved Maintenance Control and Maintenance Procedures Manuals detailing the Aircraft operated by the Contractor, the maintenance criteria, procedures and schedule for each Aircraft and the personnel responsible for maintenance, inspection and quality control;
Maintenance Manuals means the manuals prepared by or to be prepared by the Vendor and the Subcontractors and to be delivered to Impsat pursuant to Section 3.14 containing detailed procedures and specifications for the ongoing maintenance of the Network and/or any part thereof.
Maintenance Manuals means the maintenance manuals for the Equipment, the Network Elements and the 3G Network to be provided by the Contractor to the Buyer pursuant to CLAUSE 8.5

  • PJM Manuals means the instructions, rules, procedures and guidelines established by the Office of the Interconnection for the operation, planning, and accounting requirements of the PJM Region and the PJM Interchange Energy Market. PJM Region:

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.
