Maintenance Days definition

Maintenance Days means the Days, whether consecutive or not, nominated by the Transporter pursuant to this Section 10 as Days during which the acceptance of Natural Gas for delivery to or making Natural Gas available for offtake from that part of the Transportation System as may be subject to maintenance, may be reduced (if necessary down to zero) due to Maintenance of the Transportation System; and
Maintenance Days means the Days, whether consecutive or not, nominated by the Transporter pursuant to this Section 5 as Days during which (i) acceptance of Natural Gas for delivery to that part of the Transportation System as may be subject to Maintenance, or (ii) making Natural Gas available for offtake from that part of the Transportation System as may be affected by Scheduled Maintenance, may be reduced (if necessary down to zero) due to Maintenance on the Transportation System (and "Maintenance Day" shall be construed accordingly); and
Maintenance Days has the meaning given in Section I paragraph 4.4.1 of the IUK Access Code;

  • MDL will use its reasonable endeavours to limit the number of Maintenance Days for the carrying out of Scheduled Maintenance on the Maui Pipeline.

  • The sum of Unplanned Injection Maintenance Days and Unplanned Withdrawal Maintenance Days (and the Unplanned Injection Maintenance Factors and Unplanned Withdrawal Maintenance Factors applying on such Days) shall not exceed what is reasonably required for the purposes of unplanned maintenance.
