Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,
Maintenance Costs means the amounts actually paid by Service Provider and approved in advance by DIR for the provision of maintenance and support Services in respect of STM Servers and peripheral Equipment used in connection with such STM Servers that are acquired by Service Provider after the Effective Date. Maintenance Costs means Customer’s proportional share of the direct and indirect maintenance cost associated with monitoring and maintaining the Mining Equipment to Mine using the Mining Power.
