Maintenance Areas definition

Maintenance Areas means those portions of the property as more particularly described in Article X, Section 5 hereof.
Maintenance Areas means any buildings or areas within the Land where the freehold or leasehold interests have not been and are not intended to be transferred to the owners or lessees of individual Dwelling Units or Employment Generating Units and including (without limitation) Havenstoke Park the Adventurous Play Area the Changing Facilities, the Community Facilities and the Estate Management Areas; "Maintenance Scheme" means a maintenance scheme for the future repair and long term maintenance of the SUDS;
Maintenance Areas means all property now or hereafter maintained by the Association including, without limitation, the "Common Areas" (as defined in the Bylaws), if any, and any parks, drainage easement areas, streets, right-of-way, medians, entry strips, signs and lighting systems on or adjacent to the Property.

More Definitions of Maintenance Areas

Maintenance Areas means any area of the premises where waste is collected for recovery by a hauler.
Maintenance Areas means those areas to be maintained in common by the Association for the benefit of all property owners, whether or not owned by the Association.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.
