Maintenance Activities definition

Maintenance Activities means all work performed by district staff or contractors on building systems, components, utilities, and site improvements.

Maintenance Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 10(c).

Maintenance Activities means those actions necessary to ensure the upkeep of manmade structures which were constructed with all necessary federal, state and/or local permits; and other limited activities as set forth in Rule 6.03.

• Remedial Maintenance Activities undertaken only in response to a failure or breakdown of equipment or instruments which results in a loss of production.

• Owner shall initiate, perform and complete all Maintenance Activities at the required time, without request or demand from City or any other agency.

• Each party acknowledges that any breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement related to the Maintenance Activities or BMPs, compliance with Recital D, Exhibit B, the SWQMP or any applicable law regarding storm water runoff as they may be amended from time to time, including the MS4 Permit, may result in irreparable injury to the other for which money damages would not adequately compensate.

• If City performs any of the Maintenance Activities after City has demanded that Owner perform the same and Owner has failed to do so within a reasonable time stated in City’s demand, then Owner shall pay all of City’s costs incurred in performing the Maintenance Activities within thirty (30) days of a request from the City for payment.

More Definitions of Maintenance Activities

Maintenance Activities shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.1.

Maintenance Activities will include maintenance activities, minor repairs, and major repairs on and around the Station Facilities in order to maintain the Station Facilities in a good working condition.

Maintenance Activities means the specific requirements to sufficiently maintain a road in a safe and usable manner for the traveling public. The WVDOH standards for maintenance activities are found in the Maintenance Management System - Performance Standard manual.
