Maintained Software definition

Maintained Software means the registered copy of the TRIARQ Software licensed to the Customer and designated by the Customer on the Support Purchase Agreement. Maintained Software is also that is accompanied by a current paid in full TRIARQ Software Maintenance Agreement.
