Main Station definition

Main Station means each exchange access line, or the equivalent as defined in the telephone company tariff, connected to a central office serving the exchange in question. Connection at the central office to switching equipment permits communication with other main stations.

More Definitions of Main Station

Main Station means the facilities of the Department located in the Village of Dexter from which vehicles are dispatched to respond to fire, rescue or emergency medical treatment call.
