We shall carry out an Order on your behalf only when the relevant Market is open for dealings, and we shall deal with any Instructions received outside Market hours as soon as possible when that relevant Market is next open for business (in accordance with the rules of that Market). You agree that we may execute an Order on your behalf outside a Market. When you give us a specific Instruction, our Order Execution Policy may not apply, and we may be unable to take the steps described in such policy to obtain the best possible result in executing your Order. You confirm that you have read and agree to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will notify you of any material changes to our Order Execution Policy, but it is your responsibility to check for any other changes to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will consider the continued placement of Orders by you to constitute your continued consent to our Order Execution Policy as in effect from time to time.

  • HMG Security Policy Framework means the Cabinet Office Security Policy Framework (available from the Cabinet Office Security Policy Division) as updated from time to time.
