Main Fund definition

Main Fund means, with respect to a Fund Group, the Borrower identified as its “Main Fund” on Schedule I hereto (as such Schedule may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof), of which each Fund Group shall have one (and only one).
Main Fund has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
Main Fund has the meaning set forth in the Introduction to this Agreement.

  • Organisations must satisfy one or more of the admission criteria before they can be admitted to the Main Fund following Pensions Committee approving the applications.
