Mailed Notice definition

Mailed Notice means any designated written or printed notice addressed to the owner of record of each tract assessed or to be assessed by deposit at least fourteen days prior to the designated hearing or other time or event in the United States mail, postage prepaid, as first-class mail.
Mailed Notice means the notice that will be mailed to Settlement Class Members by the Settlement Administrator. The Mailed Notice shall be in a form substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

More Definitions of Mailed Notice

Mailed Notice means the Class Notice sent by U.S. Mail.

The land use sign may be removed by the applicant within fourteen (14) days after final action on the application has been completed. Annually, the Director shall publish in the City's official newspaper additional reference(s) to be used to supplement the information obtained from the King County records. The mailed notice shall request that property managers post the notice in a public area of the commercial or multifamily building.
Mailed Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed terms of this Agreement, as approved by Class Counsel, Grande’s Counsel and the Court, to be provided to Settlement Class Members under Section 5.2(d) of this Agreement via U.S. Postal Service in the event Settlement Class Members cannot be notified via Email Notice. The Mailed Notice shall be substantially similar to the form attached as Exhibit D.
Mailed Notice means the Court-approved notice mailed to all Class Members informing them of this Agreement, and in the case of a Class Member participant who previously received a lump sum, providing each Class Member with the right to select a rollover for his or her Settlement Benefit, substantially in the form of Exhibit B. Defendants and Class Counsel shall cooperate fully with the Notice Administrator to ensure the best practicable mailed notice occurs in a timely and accurate manner.
