Mail Service Pharmacy definition

Mail Service Pharmacy means a nonresident pharmacy that ships, mails or delivers by any lawful means a dispensed legend drug to residents in this state pursuant to a legally issued prescription drug order and ensures the provision of corresponding related pharmaceutical care services required by law.
Mail Service Pharmacy means a licensed Kansas pharmacy that ships, mails or delivers by any lawful means a lawfully dispensed medication in tamper-resistant packaging to residents of this state or another state.
Mail Service Pharmacy means the specific Mail Service Pharmacy(ies) that has entered into an agreement with Caremark to provide prescription drugs to enrollees through the mail. The Mail Service Pharmacy shall dispense drugs per the terms of this Certificate and in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations that govern pharmacy practice.

Mail Service Pharmacy means all facilities that are owned, operated or affiliated with Medco to fill enrollee prescriptions for all drugs covered by the Program through the mail service pharmacy process including Medco by Mail. Medco by Mail shall dispense drugs per the terms of this Certificate and in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations that govern pharmacy practice.

Customer will support and promote mail order initiatives, including mail promotion programs.
