Mail Notice definition

Mail Notice means the notice that is mailed by the Settlement Administrator to potential Settlement Class Members, in a form substantially similar to Exhibit A to this Agreement and/or as ultimately approved by the Court.
Mail Notice means the Notice of Proposed Settlements of Class Action to be provided to the Classes as provided in this Settlement Agreement, the Preliminary Approval Order, and the Notice Order.

  • The Court further finds that Mail Notice and the other forms of Class Notice in the Settlement Agreement are reasonable, constitute due, adequate, and sufficient notice to all persons entitled to receive notice, and meet the requirements of due process.

More Definitions of Mail Notice

Mail Notice means the form of notice to be mailed by the Claims Administrator to all Class Members with a known address. Mail Notice shall take a form substantially the same as that attached hereto as side one of Exhibit A.
