MAG Specifications definition

MAG Specifications means the Maricopa Association of Governments Uniform Standard Specifications, Maricopa Association of Governments Standard Details for Public Works Construction, latest edition, and City of Tempe Supplement thereto. The definitions set forth in MAG Specifications shall govern unless expressly defined herein.
MAG Specifications means, collectively, the “Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction,” current edition as of the date of Contract award and the “Uniform Standard Details for Public Works Construction,” current edition as of the date of Contract award, which are sponsored and distributed by the Maricopa Association of Governments (“MAG”) and any amendments or supplements adopted by the City.
MAG Specifications means Maricopa Association of Governments 2012 Uniform Standard Details for Public Works Construction and 2012 Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, latest editions, and the City of Tempe Supplement thereto. All Work done under this Contract shall be accomplished in accordance with the MAG Specifications except as specifically modified herein. In the event of any conflict between Contract and requirements of MAG Specifications, Contract shall prevail.
