MACR Pool definition

MACR Pool. With respect to any Series that includes MACR Certificates, a discrete pool included in the related Trust Fund (but not in any REMIC Pool), consisting of such interests in the related Regular Classes as may be held of record by the Administrator, from time to time, as a result of exchanges pursuant to Section 2.06 of this Agreement.

Examples of MACR Pool in a sentence

  • Any duplicate Certificate so issued shall constitute complete and indefeasible evidence of ownership of that portion of the Regular Interest or Residual Interest of the related REMIC Pool, or that portion of the related MACR Pool, represented thereby, whether or not the lost, stolen or destroyed Certificate shall be found at any time.

  • With respect to any Series, except as otherwise provided in Articles VI, VII and VIII and Sections 9.05 and 9.06, no Holder shall have any right to vote or in any manner otherwise control the administration, operation and management of any REMIC Pool, MACR Pool or the Assets, or the obligations of the parties hereto.

  • The Administrator (on behalf of the Trustee) shall act as the representative of Holders in the control, management and administration of the Assets in each REMIC Pool and of any REMIC Certificates held in each MACR Pool.

  • As to each MACR Pool, the designations, maximum Original Principal Amounts, Class Coupons (if any) and other specific characteristics of each MACR Class shall be as provided in the related Terms Supplement.

  • Xxxxxxx Mac or its agent shall be the Holder of (i) any Lower-Tier Classes that constitute Mortgage Securities for an Upper-Tier REMIC Pool, (ii) any interests in Regular Classes that constitute a MACR Pool and (iii) any assets included in a Guaranteed Maturity REMIC Pool, unless otherwise provided in the related Terms Supplement.

  • Subject to the Act, such successor may take such actions with respect to such REMIC Pool or MACR Pool as may be reasonable and appropriate in the circumstances.

  • This Multiclass Certificates Agreement (including, with respect to each REMIC Pool and each MACR Pool, the related Terms Supplement), as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Sale of a MACR Certificate shall constitute a sale, assignment, transfer and conveyance by Xxxxxxx Mac to the Holder of a beneficial ownership interest in the related MACR Pool, to the extent of the interest therein represented by such MACR Certificate.

  • Upon the appointment of any successor pursuant to this Section 6.02, Xxxxxxx Mac shall submit to its successor a complete written report and accounting as to the applicable REMIC Pool or MACR Pool and shall take all other steps necessary or desirable to transfer its interest in and administration of this Agreement with respect to such REMIC Pool or MACR Pool to the successor.

  • Xxxxxxx Mac shall act as the representative of applicable Holders in the control, management and administration of the Assets in each REMIC Pool and of any REMIC Certificates held in each MACR Pool.

Related to MACR Pool

  • Cover Pool means the cover pool constituted by, collectively, any Eligible Assets and Top-Up Assets held by the Guarantor in accordance with the provisions of the Securitisation and Covered Bond Law, the Decree No. 310 and the Bank of Italy Regulations.

  • Wave pool means a swimming pool of special shape and design which is provided with wave-generating equipment.

  • Mortgage Pool The pool of Mortgage Loans, identified on Schedule 1 from time to time, and any REO Properties acquired in respect thereof.

  • Pool means a voluntary arrangement, established on an ongoing basis, pursuant to which two or more insurers participate in the sharing of risks on a predetermined basis. The pool may operate through an association, syndicate, or other pooling agreement.

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Debt Service Reduction Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that became the subject of a Debt Service Reduction.

  • Swimming pool means any natural or artificial basin of water intended for public swimming or recreational bathing which exceeds 2'6" in depth as specified in the Illinois Swimming Pool and Bathing Beach Act and Code (77 Ill. Adm. Code 820). The term includes bathing beaches and pools at private clubs, health clubs, or private residences when used for children enrolled in a child care facility.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Note A-1 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Mortgage Loan Group Either Group I or Group II.

  • Power Pool means the scheme operated by the Independent System Operator under the Act for exchange of Energy and financial settlement for the exchange of Energy;

  • Asset Pool means a pool of cash-flow generating assets in which an issuer of a securitized product has a direct or indirect ownership or security interest;

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Pre-Funding Amount With respect to any date, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Pre-Funded Amount With respect to any date of determination, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Note A-2 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-2 PSA.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.

  • Group 1 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 1 Mortgage Loans.

  • Group I Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Loan Group Any of Loan Group 1 or Loan Group 2, as applicable.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
