Luxembourg Paying Agent definition

Luxembourg Paying Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 7.18.

Luxembourg Paying Agent means, initially, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA.

Luxembourg Paying Agent means a paying agent with respect to the Notes located in Luxembourg that is selected by the Company, which shall initially be The Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) S.A.

More Definitions of Luxembourg Paying Agent

Luxembourg Paying Agent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

Luxembourg Paying Agent means Banque Generale du Luxembourg S.A. or any successor thereto appointed by the Company.

Luxembourg Paying Agent means the party named as such in the introductory paragraph of this Indenture until such party resigns or is removed by the Company from such role; provided that, if such party is replaced by a successor in accordance with the terms of this Indenture, “Luxembourg Paying Agent” shall thereafter mean such successor.
