LuxCo 2 definition

LuxCo 2 means Echo Acquisition Lux Two S.à x.x., a société à responsabilité limitée organized and existing under the laws of Luxembourg, having its registered office at 00, xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X-0000 Xxxxxxxxxx, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with registration number with the Luxembourg Register of Commerce and Companies (R.C.S. Luxembourg) under number B176493 and with a share capital of $25,000.

LuxCo 2 has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

LuxCo 2 means Xxxxxx Luxembourg 2 S.à x.x., a société à responsabilité limitée, having its registered office at 0, xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, L-2557 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B205911.

• S.L. for the purpose of A3T Luxco 2 paying tax obligations in Luxembourg arising from the assignment of an intragroup credit right by A3T in favor of A3T Luxco 2.
