Lump Sum Work definition

Lump Sum Work means a contractual arrangement that prescribes a lump sum as payment for performance of the item of work to which it relates.
Lump Sum Work. The following provisions shall apply to all Work performed on a lump sum basis.
Lump Sum Work has the meaning set forth in Section 1 of Attachment J.

Lump Sum Work or “piece work” is understood to be work, which is carried out in exchange for payment of an amount that is determined according to hour tariffs or unit prices. Lump-sum work is understood to be: work, which is carried out for a predetermined price, whether or not subject to review in writing.
Lump Sum Work means all costs, excluding Contractor’s General Overhead and profit, associated with a Work Order in which provides for payment by Lump Sum.
Lump Sum Work means Work that is described or designated as lump sum work in the Contract Documents or Work that is not so described or designated but is also not Unit Price Work or Cost Plus Work.
Lump Sum Work means Work that is designated as lump sum work in the Schedule of Prices as accepted by the Owner.

Related to Lump Sum Work

  • Lump Sum means the total sum which will have become payable to the Contractor by the Principal upon completion of the Works.

  • Lump Sum Payment means, collectively, the lump-sum payments that may be payable to Executive pursuant to the first sentence of Subsection 6(b)(iii) and pursuant to Subsection 6(c)(ii)(B).

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • Monthly Benefit means the monthly amount payable by Liberty to you if you are Disabled or Partially Disabled.

  • Retirement Benefits means benefits paid by reference to reaching, or the expectation of reaching, retirement or, where they are supplementary to those benefits and provided on an ancillary basis, in the form of payments on death, disability, or cessation of employment or in the form of support payments or services in case of sickness, indigence or death.   • Net Benefits Test means a calculation to determine whether the benefits of a reduction in price resulting from the dispatch of Economic Load Response exceeds the cost to other loads resulting from the billing unit effects of the load reduction, as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 3.3A.4 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 3.3A.4.

  • Actuarial equivalent means a benefit of equal value when

  • Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.
