LTD Recipient definition

LTD Recipient means a Business Employee who is receiving long-term disability benefits as of the Closing.
LTD Recipient is defined in Section 11.7.
LTD Recipient has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6.

  • If the LTD Recipient on long-term disability is eligible for a premium credit when purchasing their health insurance in the open market, he or she will be required to apply the available premium credit to the cost of his or her monthly insurance premium prior to receiving any stipend from the District.
