LTD Employees definition

LTD Employees mean those employees of GE and its Affiliates employed outside the United States and assigned to the Business who are on long-term disability leave.
LTD Employees has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.6(a);
LTD Employees means the employees of the Payroll Business collecting benefits from Long-Term Disability, all of whom are listed on Schedule 1.I (u) hereto;

  • The Honeywell Group shall remain responsible for making all employer contributions under the Honeywell Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans with respect to any SpinCo Employees, SpinCo LTD Employees or Former SpinCo Employees relating to periods prior to the Distribution.

  • The Trust is to benefit only the LTD Employees who were receiving benefits under the LTD Plans as of June 30, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time and only if such individuals continue to be disabled at all times to which the benefits relate as set forth under the Disability Plan.

  • Bidding While On LTD Employees in receipt of Long Term Disability benefits will not be entitled to sign for any bids.

  • HERC Holdings shall reimburse New Hertz Holdings for any ongoing costs associated therewith with respect to such HERC Holdings LTD Employees.

LTD Employees means all Employees who are not members of a union, are not actively engaged in the business of the Companies as of the Closing Date and are receiving benefits under any long-term disability plan, as set forth on Schedule 4.24;

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Former Employees means a former member of management of Icahn Enterprises (or any of its Subsidiaries (including any Guarantors)), other than the Principal, who voluntarily or upon any other termination is no longer employed by any of Icahn Enterprises or any of its Subsidiaries (including any Guarantors) and who holds Equity Interests that are required to be redeemed or purchased pursuant to any contractual requirements upon such termination of employment.

  • Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Other Employees means, all the employees other than the Directors, KMPs and the Senior Management Personnel.

  • Hired Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).

  • Excluded Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.2.

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Key Employees means each of the following individuals: Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx.

  • Casual Employees means employees who are employed on a casual basis and includes persons who are employed for periods not exceeding five days at any one time.

  • Returning Employees means those persons listed in a schedule to be agreed by the Parties prior to the end of the Contract Period who it is agreed were employed by the Contractor (and/or any Sub-Contractor) wholly or mainly in the supply of the Services immediately before the end of the Contract Period.

  • Relevant Employees means the employees of the Contractor (including the Transferring Employees) who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Services and who are/will be the subject of a Relevant Transfer by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.

  • Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).

  • Protected Employees means employees of the Company or its affiliated companies who were employed by the Company or its affiliated companies at any time within six (6) months prior to the Determination Date.

  • Technical Employees means those employees having special and specific engineering, geological or other professional skills, and whose primary function in Joint Operations is the handling of specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Joint Property.

  • Public employees retirement system means the retirement plan and program

  • Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.

  • Separated employees means persons who separate from
