LTC Health Service Provider definition

LTC Health Service Provider means a Health Service Provider that is a licensee within the meaning of subsection 2(1) of the LTCHA.
LTC Health Service Provider means a health service provider that is licensed or approved to operate a LTCH.

  • Telehealth services means the mode of delivering health care services and public health via information and communication technologies to facilitate the diagnosis, consultation, treatment, education, care management, and self-management of a patient's health care while the patient is at the originating site and the provider for telehealth is at a distant site. Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.

  • Company Service Provider means a Company Employee, a Company Independent Contractor or a member of the Company Board.

  • Home service provider means the facilities-based carrier or reseller with which the customer contracts for the provision of mobile telecommunications services.
