Low Priority classification means that the incident has a low business or individual impact such as minor printer problems, application installations, new user creation or any activity that can be scheduled for the most convenient time without creating user hardship. Low Priority means any Priority that is not a High Priority or Medium Priority. Fiserv shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a workaround and a permanent resolution in the next Software release open for development.

Related to Low Priority

  • Second Priority means, with respect to any Lien purported to be created in any Collateral pursuant to any Collateral Document, that such Lien is the only Lien to which such Collateral is subject, other than any Permitted Lien.

  • Lowest Priority As of any date of determination, the Class of Subordinate Certificates then outstanding with the latest priority for payments pursuant to Section 4.02(a), in the following order: Class B-3, Class B-2, Class B-1, Class M-3, Class M-2 and Class M-1 Certificates.

  • Pari Passu Lien Priority means relative to specified Indebtedness and other obligations having equal Lien priority to the Notes and the Guarantees, as the case may be, on the Collateral.

  • Senior Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement and the other “Security Documents” as defined in the Credit Agreement, the Pari Intercreditor Agreement (upon and after the initial execution and delivery thereof by the initial parties thereto) and each of the collateral agreements, security agreements and other instruments and documents executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Grantor for purposes of providing collateral security for any Senior Obligation.

Second Priority Debt shall include any Registered Equivalent Notes and Guarantees thereof by the Guarantors issued in exchange therefor.
