Low and Moderate Income definition

Low and Moderate Income means a household income equal to or less than 80 percent of area median income adjusted by family size.
Low and Moderate Income. (LMI) means a family or household with an annual income less than 80 percent of the area median income.

  • Separate schedules should be completed for the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund and for all other funds combined (excluding the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund).
