Lot area definition

Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.
Lot area means the area of a horizontal plane bounded by the front, side, and rear lot lines of a lot, but not including the area of any land below the ordinary high water mark of navigable waters.

Lot area means the area inside the lot lines.
