Lost Time definition

Lost Time. Any loss of time by the grieving employee(s) or a representative to attend an arbitration hearing provided by Section 6 of this Article shall not be compensated by the School District.

More Definitions of Lost Time

Lost Time means time Settlement Class Members spent monitoring accounts or otherwise dealing with issues related to the Security Incident, up to a maximum of four (4) hours, supported by an attestation that the activities were related to the Security Incident, as set forth in Paragraph 52(c).
Lost Time refers to the provision in the Settlement that allows Class Members with Out-of-Pocket Losses to submit a claim for up to 8 hours of time spent addressing issues related to the Security Incident at $20 per hour. To claim Lost Time, Class Members must attest to and describe (1) actions taken in response to the Security Incident and (2) the time associated with each action.
