Loss Reserve definition

Loss Reserve means, on any date, an amount equal to (i) the aggregate of the Investment of all Purchasers set forth in the definition thereof at the close of business of the Servicer on such date multiplied by (ii)(A) the Loss Reserve Percentage on such date divided by (B) 100% minus the Loss Reserve Percentage on such date.
Loss Reserve means, for any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (a) 2.00, times (b) the highest three-month rolling average Default Ratio during the 12 Calculation Periods ending on the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date, times (c) the Default Horizon Ratio as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date.
