Loss Reports definition

Loss Reports means a report showing a member's liability and property damage claims in detail including current status.
Loss Reports means a report showing a Member's claims for each Program in detail including current status, except that "Loss Reports" for Employee Benefit Programs shall not disclose confidential information.
