Loss Report definition

Loss Report. A summary of those Mortgage Loans that have liquidated during the current month and their resulting gain or loss and loss severity. The Gain/Loss Report shall be presented in substantially the same format attached hereto as Exhibit R-4;
Loss Report means a quarterly summarization of losses, allocated loss adjustment expenses and related reserves in format acceptable to Lender and within the ability of Borrower to produce.
Loss Report has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b)(i).

Examples of Loss Report in a sentence

  • The records to be retained are set forth as part of the Proof of Loss Report, Form FHCF-L1B and Form FHCF-LAP1, both adopted for the Contract Year under Rule 19-8.029, F.A.C.

  • Advances will be made based on the Company’s paid and reported outstanding Losses for Covered Policies (excluding all incurred but not reported Losses) as reported on a Proof of Loss Report, and shall include a Loss Adjustment Expense Allowance as calculated by the FHCF.

  • For the quarterly report due on June 30, any insurer whose losses exceed 75% of its FHCF retention for a specific loss occurrence shall submit a Proof of Loss Report for that loss occurrence.

  • The Loss Report shall include but may not be limited to: • copy of the Account charge receipt and/or Account statement • a copy of the store receipt • serial number of the Insured Item (where applicable) and • any other information reasonably required by the Administrator such as a police or insurance claim report.

  • After the mandatory December Proof of Loss Report, quarterly Proof of Loss Reports are required.

  • In the event of a claim covered under the Purchase Security Plan, a Loss Report will be mailed by the Administrator.

More Definitions of Loss Report

Loss Report means a report showing a Member's actual Losses for each Program in detail, including current Reserves.
Loss Report shall have the meaning assigned thereto in section 7.01. "Origination date" means, with respect to a particular loan, the day on which the Cooperative funds the loan.

  • Monthly Progress Report Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.7 (Monthly Progress Report).

  • Status Report has the meaning set forth in Clause 4.1.

  • Monthly Report has the meaning assigned in Section 6.01.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;

  • Cost Report We relied on the separate reporting of non-sub-capitated and sub-capitated experience by the MCPs in the medical cube worksheets of the CY 2018 cost reports.   • Reconciliation Report refers to the Reconciliation Report as referenced in s. 3 of Reg 264/07 under LHSIA.

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Final Report means the report described as a final report in 14 RCW 42.17.080(2).
