Loss of Seniority. Bus Drivers shall lose seniority and shall have their names removed from the seniority list in the event of retirement, resignation, discharge, failure to return to duty when recalled from layoff, failure to return to duty at the expiration of an approved leave of absence, failure to report for duty without just cause, or following twelve (12) months of layoff.
